Delivery, Refunds and Exports

Deliveries

For small items we use standard Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Larger items are sent by courier. Most items will be delivered in 2-3 days but in some cases delivery can take up to 14 days.

Delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE for orders over £50. UK orders under £50 will be charged for £2.95+VAT for delivery. Please contact us to arrange delivery to other locations.

Returns Policy

Please specify the problem you are experiencing when you return the product and enclose a sample printed sheet showing the printing problem.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your oder, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned.
