1. Compatible products will breach my machine warranty !
Wrong ! - A landmark court case established that warranties would not be breached by use of compatible products, and this is now a fact accepted industry-wide.
2. The savings from compatibles are not worth it !
Manufacturers sell their printers at cost in order to secure handsome ongoing profits on toners and cartridges. For example, a small office using compatible cartridges over the typical lifetime of a printer (3 years) will save £ 248.00 over the period - that is just 1 printer !
3. The quality of compatibles is not as good !
Wrong ! In the opinion of our customers it is just as good, if not better ! The manufacturing technology for toners and cartridges is quite standard. Same materials, same processes - the only difference being the branding. WE OFFER A LIFETIME GUARANTEE !
4. What if it doesn't work?
We have a very low rate of returns; all ofo our products are tested extensively. Occasionally something does go wrong. When this happens please call us on 0845 025 8888. When you return the product please include a printed showing the problem.
6. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE. Please call us on +44 1759 305229 to arrange delivery to other locations.
5. How long will delivery take?
For small items we use standard Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Larger items are sent by courier. Most items will be delivered in 2-3 days but in some cases delivery can take up to 14 days.
6. Can I get a refund?
You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your oder, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned.
